If your name is not stated on the letterbox, your mail may not be delivered, even though the address is correct. A name tag will be given together with your keys. Please find your letterbox and place the name tag on it.

Postcards and letters will be delivered to the recipient's letterbox. Parcels too large to fit in the letterbox, will need to be picked up at a "Postens ombud", which is a grocery store or corner store that has been selected to provide postal services.

When a parcel too large to fit the letterbox arrives at "Postens ombud", a notice is sent out to the recipient with information on where to go to pick up the parcel. There are some tracking services available at Posten's website should you want to follow the delivery process of your parcel.
