Fault report at Kemicentrum

If you notice something that is broken or malfunctioning at Kemicentrum, please make a fault report so that it can be fixed.

The fault report is submitted to the Administrative Unit, which forwards it to the responsible party.

If you wish to attach a picture, you can either attach the file to the form or send it in a separate email to: information [at] kc [dot] lu [dot] se and include your name. In that case, also indicate in the fault report that pictures are being sent separately via email.

NOTE! When using certain browsers to submit a fault report via our web form, an error message may appear on the “Thank you for your report” page. Even if the error message “Could not send email. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists.” appears, your fault report will still reach the Administrative Unit at Kemicentrum.
